My family of four stayed there during a school holiday and had a great time. The staff was friendly, the lounge was comfortable, and the food was plentiful. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. The hotel is also going through a remodel, so some of the rooms have replaced old furnishings and have new bathrooms. If you would like a newly remodeled room, just be sure that there is no construction going on on a nearby floor. We stayed higher up so we could walk up to the lounge, and it was perfect.

Lounge is on the Lobby level with easy access from the elevators. It’s open from 1 pm – 9 pm, with cocktail hours from 5:30 ‐ 7:30. Staff will greet you at the door and ask for your room number. They are very attentive, and will bring you food and drink, or you can serve yourself.

Food selection during non-cocktail hours includes some small sandwiches, fruit, cookies and crackers. During cocktail reception there is usually a soup, a couple of hot dishes, sliced meats, cheese, bread, fruit, and some sweets. Cocktails are mix-your-own, with 5 or 6 types of liquor, a few mixers, and some juices. There is also beer and three or four wines.

The room itself is very large, with nice views of the grounds during the daytime. Plenty of tables and comfy chairs. It was very lightly used during our stay of three days.

Was quite impressed for evening hors d’oeuvres. Solid coffee machine as well. Breakfast for Platinum+ was fine but not great. No snacks provided during the day though…
