Tasty food but lounge can get quite crowded

June 18, 2024

Grab ‘n go during the day had bottles of water (a lifesaver in Rio), soft drinks, and a coffee machine. Some nuts and fruits were also available during the day.

Evening happy hour was substantial enough for a meal. There are few hot food items that change daily and some finger foods. Self-serve wine bar in the corner although the attendants came around often to fill our glasses. Some beer options in the fridge. Only liquor options were a caipirinha or get you a glass of Johnny Walker Red if you ask.

First night we were there, they had filet mignon in a mustard sauce… talk about tasty! My wife made the mistake of waiting for a fresh batch to come out and the replacement ended up being a ground beef concoction. She was not happy but learned her lesson. Other nights included shepherd’s pie or ravioli as the main hot dish.
