How to Access Hyatt Club Lounges

Option 1 – Hyatt Globalist Status

Guests with Globalist status in the World of Hyatt loyalty program get complimentary access to club lounges at Hyatt Regency and Grand Hyatt properties. This benefit applies to the member and one guest staying in the same room.

To earn Hyatt Globalist status, you need to achieve specific milestones within a calendar year. Here are the key requirements:

• Qualifying Nights: Stay 60 qualifying nights at Hyatt properties within a calendar year. Qualifying nights include paid stays, award stays, and nights earned through promotions.
• Base Points: Earn 100,000 base points within a calendar year. Base points are earned on eligible spending at Hyatt hotels and resorts, including room rates and eligible incidental charges.
• Meetings and Events: Organize 20 qualifying meetings or events at Hyatt properties within a calendar year.\

Option 2 – Club Access Awards

• Earning Awards: You can earn Club Access Awards through the World of Hyatt Milestone Rewards program by achieving 20 qualifying nights or 35,000 base points, and again at 30 qualifying nights or 50,000 base points in a calendar year.
• Using Awards: To use a Club Access Award, make a reservation at a hotel with a club lounge, and then call Hyatt customer service or contact Hyatt Concierge via social media to apply the award to your reservation. Each award provides lounge access for up to seven consecutive nights

Option 3 – Book Club Level Room

You can book a room type that includes club lounge access. This is often labeled as a “club room” or “Regency Club room” at Hyatt Regency and Grand Hyatt hotels. These rooms typically come at a premium but include the lounge access benefit.

Option 4 – Paid Access

At some properties, you can pay for access to the club lounge upon arrival. This option may be subject to availability and varies by location
