To add a hotel with a lounge to the database, please fill out the following form as completely as possible.
Hotel Lounge Info
At a minimum, you will need to fill out the following:
- Hotel Name – please enter the full official name of the hotel
- Hotel Brand – select whether the hotel is affiliated with Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or Marriott
The more information you can fill out, the more helpful it will be to other users.
Hotel Location
The map is based on GPS coordinates of the hotel. To calculate GPS coordinates of the hotel, please do the following:
- Enter the name of the hotel and click the “Step 1 – Search” button.
The map should place a pin where the hotel is located. If needed, you can move the pin to the exact location of hotel. - Once the pin is at the correct location, click the “Step 2 – Get GPS Point” button.
This will look up the GPS coordinates of that location and automatically populate the Latitude and Longitude boxes. - Click “Submit location” button.
