Our first night there, they served salmon ceviche… and we were sold. Breakfast had a nice assortment of food and you could order made-to-order eggs or tapioca from one of the attendants (you just need to ask as they don’t proactively ask everyone). During the day, they had fruit and the leftover pastries from breakfast sitting out as a snack. Water was also available during the day which is always a plus if you’re doing anything outside in Brazil. Evening assortment of food was decent but not great (except for the aforementioned salmon ceviche!). Beer and wine was available and you could also ask for a Caipirinha or Caipiroska.
